that each member assumes their responsibilities while performing their duties, thereby preventing carelessness in the progress of the work from causing losses to the compa- ny.

Payment Method: The work deposit is paid upon joining the platform and always belongs to the employee. This work deposit serves solely as a guarantee of compliance with the commitments of both parties and will not be withheld by the Trailfinders platform or by any other party.
Refund Policy: If an employee is dissatisfied with the nature of the work or decides to leave the platform, they may submit a resignation request at any time.
Once the resignation is approved, the work deposit will be refunded immediately. This policy ensures that employees can leave in a timely manner if they are dissatisfied with their work, guaranteeing that none will suffer financial losses for this reason.
Promotion requirements: Your work deposit is under the special supervision of Trailfinders’ company system. Upgrading requires paying the work deposit corresponding to the level.
Deposit Refund Policy: Upon a successful promotion, the work deposit from your previous tier will automatically enter Trailfinders’ refund process. The funds will be returned to your work account within 7 days. This ensures that your work account—and the funds within it—remain exclusively yours, guaranteeing the security of your capital.
Transparent management of the work deposit: The work deposit is deposited into the employee’s own work account; no one can misappropriate this deposit, and the employee can check the current status of their work deposit at any time, ensuring transparency and security.
